  • Thank you for your enquiry. During heavy rainfall or flash floods the surface water accumulates quicker than it can be absorbed into the ground or dealt with by the drainage systems causing the drainage system to be very quickly overwhelmed. The surface water then requires time to disperse.
    We have visited this location today, 12.9.24, and found there to be no standing surface water to indicate there are any drainage issues that require immediate action. Any drainage work that doesn't require immediate action, can be monitored accordingly. Regards
