There is a post at the end of the designated permit parking outside property 72,74 Northfield End, Henley-on-Thames RG9 2JN.
The post is continually being removed to allow for another car to park.
This post is propped up against a wall by people wanting to create another space. It is dangerous to lean this as it is a large post and heavy I would imaging and could fall on a child walking past. Removal of the post leaves a very large deep square opening and someone could loose their footing down the hole or dog walking.
The Council need to decide if they are going to make this an additional bay and therefore remove the post completely and fill the hole with cement or leave the post and cement it in so that it cannot be removed and it therefore becomes safe for pedestrians and pets walking near it
