Hedges between property lines and road obstructing view when exiting the junction

When exiting Orchard Coombe onto the B471 visibility, particularly to the south, is badly obstructed by the hedgerow. It is particularly dangerous to the south as vehicles are frequently overtaking and on the wrong side of the road. There have been a number of near misses. In addition pedestrians walking south on the B471 are forced into the roadway on a stretch of road notorious fro speeding.

This issue is getting worse, with visibility getting more restricted in both directions, north and south. In addition hedgerows continue to obstruct the verges requiring pedestrians to walk in the roadway.
