New roundabout

After the installation of the new roundabout just past the new parsons piece housing estate for the new housing estate that is yet to be built this roundabout has not been at marked so people are going right (third exit) from the left hand lane which has caused an incident please can this round about be marked up with arrows and lines guiding people off at the correct exits?
