Blocked gullies

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This was reported in November 2023 and it was advised that the gullies would be cleaned last calendar year (ie 2023) which has not been done and the situation has got worse as the gullies are completely blocked (see photos sent previously) and the road is flooding to a dangerous level. Can you please arrange to get this fixed urgently and confirm?
