Hugely misleading “Green” light for pedestrians and cyclists.

Reported via mobile in the Suggested improvements category anonymously at 11:12, Friday 5 April 2024

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

I know I contacted OCC last year about this misleading Pedestrian/cycle crossing but I still feel it presents a HUGE hazzard.

It is on the entrance to Oxford ParkWay railway station. I was cycling towards Oxford. Before crossing the Bus Lane, I waited at the "Pedestrian/Cycle" Green light, which I feels gives me priorty, however Pedestrians/Cyclists STILL MUST look left AND give way to buses.

I strongly feel this signage MUST be improved. I think a cyclist/pedestrian seeing the "Green light" may cross the Bus Lane withOUT looking left.

I look forward to your comments.
