Standing water on road Ridings Close

There is a large amount of standing water at the entrance to Ridings Close. This is especially bad recently as we have had so much rain. There do not appear to be any drains for the water and so it takes a long time to soak away. This issue has been on going for a long time.

  • Thank you for your report. Our gully cleansing contractor has encountered difficulties in clearing the pipes to restore the drainage system’s functionality. The Oxfordshire County Council will now conduct additional investigations to determine the root cause of the drainage system failure and propose a solution.
