Long standing problem. Water is not flowing to drain often leaving a puddle (often worse than depicted after heavier rainfall) Resident is wheelchair bound and apart from the inconvenience of having to negotiate a puddle, people leaving the nearby footpath often wash of boots in it causing dirt to transfer to his property. The other side of the road does not drain either.
