Broken fence by Shill Brook created a health and safety hazard

Broken fence problem on footpath 119/18 was raised by an elderly resident who fell here on Monday. This is dangerous given the flow currently in the Shill Brook and the proximity of the bank. I reported this on Countryside Access but was told to use Fix My Street.
