Drain outside Okavango completely blocked

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The drain outside our house "Okavango" has been blocked with mud / silt for months + the gullies opposite are completely flooded so any rain water means that our drive gets flooded regularly. I'm hoping now it's April this can be expedited please. Thanks.
