No signs that this is a cycle path

The cycle path from Twelve Acre Drive to White's Lane, needs signs indicating it's a cycle path. The sign at the White's Lane end says it's a footpath. The paint at the Twelve Acre Drive end show's a giveway, indicating it's a cycle path. There are no blue signs indicating it's a shared cyclepath. Please clarify what it is with appropriate signage.
