Pedestrian light Seems have no design?

Reported via Android in the Suggested improvements category anonymously at 17:03, Wednesday 27 March 2024

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

In my experience from other cities and also Oxford. When there's a pedestrian crossing and pedestrian and cycle lines are alongside, then pedestrian crossing push button is located at the pedestrian lines. But in this occasion as shown in the photos person must cross the cycle lane to push the crossing button. As a result of this oversight I have been ran over by a female cyclists who stopped in my arms and started to use a so not friendly language to me as if it's my fault and I should be watching over for anyone who isin the cycle lane and I must have 2 more eyes behind my head to watch over cyclists in the cycle lane. Not the most pkeasant friday walk experience. Which I am sure has happened to other citizens walking a trying to cross the road. forget about my experience let's stick to health and safety rules, were they state all signs and teraffic signal must,be placed in.a safe way and accessible without any risk! Thank you very much for your kind attention and future improvements that are going to be done to put the safety in safe place!
