Safety Fencing

The safety fence alongside the drainage ditch between Chetwynd Mead and Ampney Orchard collapsed at least two years ago and a red emergency barrier was put in place. It is still there because no attempt has been made to repair the fence. When is this eyesore going to be removed and the fence repaired please?
