  • Road becoming unpassable for normal cars

Posted by Richard Goldingham at 18:45, Sunday 10 March 2024

  • Please can you urgently review this, it was initially reported on the following reference : Council ref: ENQ23983772, but not repaired This appears to be a major defect in the road and the photos do not properly highlight the issue, this is not simply a pothole that can be repaired with 'Dragon Patching'

The center of the road has raised up, while one side of the road(shown in the picture) has sunken to form a pothole. Simply fixing the sunken part will not stop cars grounding on the raised road surface.

  • Why has this not been fixed? I have bottomed my car several times now. I may have to get car checked each time and I will be wanting any damages done paid for by the council. As far as I can see this has not even been looked at Please GET IT FIXED it's not just a pot hole the road needs dug up and leveled again. This has been getting worse over time since the waterboard dug it up and put new pipework in many years ago
