Subsidence of road surface leading insufficient ground clearance

There are many places along Bablock Hythe Road where the road surface has sunk leading insufficient vehicle ground clearance. The three photos are at locations (51.730, -1.365), (51.727, -1.359), (51.726 -1.357). My car is a standard hatchback without any modifications. It does not scrape its underside on any other roads but along this road it scrapes its bottom. There are also many places where the road edge has broken off leading to deep and dangerous potholes, not all of which can be easily avoided because of close-in hedges and soft muddy verges. This whole stretch needs to be surveyed and repaired or resurfaced.
