20mph speed limit repeater signs missing

Traffic here is averaging close to double the posted limit. Speed repeater signs are missing in this location.

This has been reported to OCC previously and incorrectly closed. Speed limit repeaters must be posted at 200m. The distance between the terminal signs and next repeater is over 300m.
