Road markings are worn or non existent

The road is not suitably marked for a one way road, people think it is one way all the way along, and when guests or staff pull out towards Bladon From the lodges, which still says caravan club park, they get flashed and shouted at. One way needs clearly marking on road after park entrance where it turns one way. Also there used to be give way markings into the caravan park that have disappeared over time. The parking at the side of the road is not defined from the road either, the surface is muddy and rutted and the whole road suffers with mud over it as a result. The road is a total mess!

I was nearly crushed today on my bike travelling south by a car today avoiding this pothole travelling north. The cyclist behind ran into me. It is extremely urgent that this is fixed before someone is seriously hurt or killed. This compounds the extremely dangerous potholes noted south.

We have had a couple of potholes marked and fixed but, there are still plenty more that have been missed, on the whole the road is a very well used cut through, bus route and also access to our site Blenheim Palace Lodge Retreat. There are no road markings at all on our entrance or anything to signifie the road is one way from our site. people often drive the wrong way down the road from the A44 towards Bladon. The trees are also a problem when coaches use the coach spaces at the A44 end of road.
