Replacement Speed sign still a potential issue for cyclists.

This is still in place (it hasn't moved(!)) with no surface markings/paint/reflectors to allow cyclists to pick this sign out in the dark.

FOI as referenced in the original report confirmed no risk assessment was carried out to assess the risk to cyclists by placing this on the shared foot/cycle way.
