The pot hole looks down to base course or at least old stone. Stones are now coming out & hitting my van & car. In fact all the road along side is cracking up so definitely needs resurfacing & not just surface dressing. I've been in the construction industry all my life I'm 52 & I can see it needs planing out & resurfacing even if it's 40mm. Also why don't you use pitch to join the joints up no more. The pot hole is filled & a year later its out again. Needs hot roll & chips. If the SOCC can afford it. Lol.. anyway if you can possibly do the pot hole that will be fine 🙂
