Pr3vious report 25 August 2023 still outstanding. Absolutely nil remedial action- not even fixing the Give Way sign. What is the excuse for this? It is a bad junction and road safety is compromised. Yes, it slots into a work program, and fair weather. But, please can we see something very soon, before the anniversary of the report. Otherwise a complaint on inaction

  • Investigations obviously yield nothing as all defects reported August 2023 outstanding at 12 April 2024. This is a road safety issue, NOT a pothole. A complaint is going into OCC as this inaction by Highways is inexcusable. No attempt at anything.

  • At 4 June 2024 Nil attention seen to this safety report. The attention to investigation, follow up and action is woeful and OCC clearly is happy to accept an unsafe road junction

  • Thank you for your report. We have concluded our assessment and closed this report. After completing a thorough site investigation, it was determined that the deterioration of the road markings has been resolved.
