Traffic island bollards not visible

There are four centre-of -the -road bollards at the four roads leading to the bodicote/bankside roundabout. Only one is lit. The others are neither lit nor reflective from headlights. In the dark they are basically invisible. I'm not sure how long they have been like this but they look in very poor condition
