Zebra crossing installed but not working

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

The zebra crossing was put in place many months ago. Soon after it was turned on the lights were switched off and moved lower down the poles. They have not been switched on again. This makes it very dangerous for pedestrians and drivers as neither know if the zebra crossing is in use or not.
