Dangerous crumbling of roadside
Reported via mobile in the Roads and Carriageways category anonymously at 20:28, Friday 16 February 2024
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
The LHS carriageway coming down into Chilton down Hagbourne Hill has a broken edge which poses a risk to traffic which may catch the road edge and then veer off into the field. There is no safety barrier to prevent this, inadequate lighting, and the limit is 50 at this section. Issue present for at least a few months.

STILL there! When will something be done about this? Once the nights start to draw in, this will be lethal. This needs fixing now, there are reports dating back to February for the whole of the hill. Where is your duty of care?
