Water pouring down the road from drain

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later
We have had water exiting the open grid drain and pouring down the road to the next open grid drain where it enters and flows away. This has been an ongoing problem for several years and has been investigated at least twice by a team with a lorry and 'rodding' device taken as far as the blockage (3/4 of the way towards the lower drain) and then nothing is done to clear the blockage - as it is probably a broken underground pipe. The road is now braking up and the water freezes and creates a hazard in cold conditions. It needs to be looked at again with a view to fixing the problem properly. Many thanks. R

Nothing done again. Council seems comfortable with this problem existing and affecting all residents over multiple years. Why won’t anyone take accountability for fixing it. Thames Water say nothing to do with them.

Absolutely no progress. Terrible Oxfordshire council.
