Footpath blocked by over hanging hedge

Reported via desktop in the Hedges category anonymously at 11:51, Fri 16 February 2024

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 7 minutes later

The footpath/pavement on the Stoke Row Road is obstructed by an overgrown laurel and hawthorn hedge that has not been cut back by the adjacent house owner for a very long time. The hedge also obstructs the view of on coming traffic when turning right out of Esther Carling lane and make turning out risky.
