Hedge growing across shared path

Hedge is growing across the shared path and blockong 1/3rd of it. Not yet growing season, it will only get bigger without maintenance pruning. Hedge is in SODC Public Open Space. It is not in the DTC park lease, it is out sode the blockpaved shared path that it is beginning to obstruct.

    Much the same. Starting to grow even bigger and furhter onto the shared path active travel commuter route to station and schools.
