Thick mud on twelve acre drive from the new development.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Thick clumps of mud being dropped from heavy vehicles leaving the new development. No tyre wash present. Road sweeper was unable to clear, just flattening it to the road.

  • Thank you for reporting this. Our Site Inspector is checking the state of the roads when he is in the area and has spoken to Bellway Homes a couple of times already, advising that the mud being transferred onto the road is unacceptable and to ensure that the carriageway is kept clean. We can confirm that Bellway Homes do have a road sweeper and wheel washing facilities on site.
