38m of Leylandii hedging growing onto pavement and forcing pedestrians to walk along pavement edge. The actual pavement area when not obscured should be able to accommodate 2 people walking side by side. instead people have to walk single file and often people walk out into the street around parked vans and cars instead. The problem is worse towards the southern end (at marker pin location) but extends 38m to the north, including a trimmed but still bulky section blocking pavement space outside Ashdown House. The problem has been getting steadily worse over the last few years. A separate section to the south (approx 5m near the corner) was trimmed back last year but the main length is not being managed.
