Potholes across driveway

We recently moved to this property so we do not know how long the potholes have been here or whether they have been reported before. They span the width of the driveway as is evident in the photo and at the deepest point measure 48mm.

This is still an issue and as yet has not been repaired. With the heavy rain we've recently had the edges are crumbling.
The original photos are still valid and the potholes are directly across our driveway at 12 Shannon Close, Grove. OX12 7PT.
Escalation of repair would be appreciated as we are wanting to have the driveway renewed.
