Pathway continues to flood causing pedestrians to navigate over slippery clarty grass area. Been several years now. Crossing the busy road is not safe for some less able people at these places. On the other side the cars drive through the deluge of water sitting by the kerb and splash walkers. I've been caught several times. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
