Edges of road have sunk leaving elevated centre upon which cars "bottom out"

Running water down west side of road. Blocked drain west side of road. Icy in cold weather

No visibility due to single track road between high hedges Recent RTA

These problems have been present for at leat one year, probably longer Are becoming more severe over time.
