Flood issue when rains

I have previously reported this on here but despite the status changing to Fixed it most definitely has not been . This issue is always present after rain. The issues was repaired a couple of years ago but it didn’t last as the drainage dug just filled in with mud. When it rains this part of the road floods as the water has nowhere to drain off. This is an issue as it’s deep and long with a main road shortly after. If brakes fail a nasty accident could occur. This also means that pedestrians cannot walk this route unless wearing wellington’s.
