Original dropped kerb in a very unsuitable position

This dropped kerb as can be seen in third photo is on the corner of the pavement which enters a parking bay and the exit to the neighbours drive as well. Neighbours visitors actually park on it and the pavement without a second thought. see second photo. It has not been thought through about the position of the dropped kerb and is handicapping us when we try and exit the property. It is an original kerb but thoughtless installed and thoughtlessly approved. It needs to be repositioned away from the curve of the pavement and parking bay
