Blo lcked drains, road disintegrating and flooding

We were flooded on 5th January following heavy rainfall and again last night/ today 22nd January. Following 2007 it was agreed with SODC that the drains outside 6q and 63 Blewbury Road would be cleared of silt following flooding then. Please can we have our drains cleared as flooding mot draining. Our road is disintegrating following being under water. And recent works by MkK Group on behalf of Gigaclear has given us additional flooding as it is bubbling up through services they have put in place.
