Possible undermining of the road

The flooding appears to have been coming through under the road, there are 4 new and large holes almost directly adjacent to the tarmac surface. The soil at the largest two shows a fat running stream of water was coming from them. An expert may want to confirm the structural integrity of the road is not at risk of they're not filled before further damage occurs.
