  • These lights are still not.working months later. Provide the company who deals with this telephone number and i will sort it out myself as this app is next to useless ! Nothing being done about it, are you waiting for an accident before someone does anything????

  • Still not working, months later.

Putting a sticker on the affected lights saying the supplier is aware, and then doing nothing, for months, is pathetic.

Take ownership of the problem and fix it.

None of these lights had issues before the considerable new housing work. OCC are happily taking council tax payments for these new properties.

If the person responsible for this worked in the private sector they'd have been let go long ago!

  • I counted 18 Street lights on this stretch not working last night, more than four months after problems were first reported.

The stickers on them that say the electricity supplier has been informed will need to be replaced soon as they'll be unreadable due to weathering.

What will it take to get these fixed? Contacting our MP? A complaint to OCC's chief exec? How much money do we need to put in a brown envelope? Somebody getting run over when crossing at the lowered kerbs in the middle of the blackout area?
