Dangerous filter from cycle lane to the road

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The council recently put in a filter from the off road cycle lane to the road just before Harberton Mead. There is a marked cycle lane on the road, which is wearing out. But even before it wore out, motorists completely ignored it so cyclist are thrown into the path of fast moving motor vehicles. Please could we have some reflective posts at this point to protect cycles as they rejoin the road?
