Road markings need repainting

Travelling in my car from A40 on this road toward Filkins a car drove straight in front of me from the direction of Eastleach Martin toward Filkins Downs and the Wildlife Park. I had to do an emergency stop. The road markings are non existent to show there is a stop. The road sign was obscured by the hedge but that has now been trimmed back. It is a very dangerous crossing
