Cover was hanging off

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The cover was hanging off of the light. An engineer came round to fix it but didn't have any bolts with him so he decided to remove one screw from each of the other street lights to fix the problem thus weakening the other lights. This is not acceptable and needs to be rectified immediately.
