My cousin nearly had a nasty accident on his bike whilst visiting me at ox29 1qg. i also who travel this road to kidlington have bumped my car down this hole probably damaging my tyres .what re we in upper campsfield road paying our taxes fo ,we do not have street lighting or a foot path or a libary .we are paying you for what may i ask .please make our roads safe .it is a disgrace
