Floods regularly. Reported last 2 winters. Now large potholes where flooding has affected the road surfaces

Floods regularly with any rain. Soaks the school children regularly as they cross the road as adjacent to them. Near missed as people try to avoid the water too. New potholes will worsen safety by the school
