High volume of Water discharging onto pavement

Constant diischarging large volumes of water onto the pavement which is not entirely reaching the road or drains.

It has created a slip hazard making the pavement dangerous and causing folk to walk in the busy road. Needs either better water mgt to reach drain or pavement closure to keep folk safe

    Water now collecting on pavement in large volumes. Each discharge is 20 seconds long and less than 15 seconds between discharges
