This has been reported several times over the past few years. The road constantly floods with any amount of rain due to blocked surface water drains. The response is always 'it will be cleared as part of our normal gully clearance schedule'. Despite multiple reports of this problem the bully's have not been cleared and the road continues to flood. This has now caused damage to multiple vehicles and the verges are littered with car parts. Within the last 12 hours there have been two separate collisions caused by a separate flooding issue within 100 meters of this. There are two surface water drains that are present at this site and both are blocked. They require urgent clearing to prevent any further accidents especially in the current weather with the water freezing.

These drains are still blocked and the road still flooding with any rain. This has now caused the road surface to start to fail in an area which is covered with water with minimal rain. Large pot holes no exist at the side of the road which are covered by puddles and will be deadly for cyclists and motor cyclists. This is in urgent need of drain clearance and the fixing of the road surface which has become damaged as a result of not fixing the issue

The new storm drain is blocked by the look of the debris and there is a large hole adjacent to it now, extremely dangerous for cyclists of any type and cars either swerve or crunch through it. It's just where the dip in the road levels out, on the left hand side as you head towards Bledlow.
