Gutter flooding

There is no drain on this corner so the road floods every time it rains, especially since pothole was repaired. The area covers 24 of my paces and extends more than 1 metre into the road. There are 2 junior schools very close and it is a busy junction and can be difficult to avoid. The problem has been ongoing for years but is now considerably worse.
