Pedestrian crossing stripes no longer visible

Reported via mobile in the Road Markings category anonymously at 23:28, Sun 10 December 2023

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later

The white lines of the pedestrian crossing have worn away to the point that cars can no longer tell it is a crossing and do not slow down or stop to allow pedestrians to cross which has become very unsafe.

  • Another problem in Longford Park that will get resolved soon after someone is knocked down, sues the council or is killed at the cross roads

  • The pedestrian crossing was not designed as a zebra crossing and was added by the school without permission. It is not going to remain, as it is not in a safe location. We are trying to work with the developers to complete all remedial works and get the road adopted.
