Road middle divider middle light missing with arrow on very dark. Being in our juke high up we turned into garage to park out side Salvation Army shop and hit full on as no light on it so you can’t see it.

Very dangerous for pedestrians also mainly drivers leaving garage or entering garage from upper windsere street. It’s caused damage to our car what I don’t no as was dark.
