Recent repair disintegrating

The manhole cover was quite recently repaired but the tarmac around it is already disintegrating. The clanking whenever a vehicle passes over it (virtually all the time) is offensively, even frighteningly loud.

  • This hole is getting bigger by the day. I fear that if a motorcyclist were to bump over it at speed or swerve suddenly to avoid it, there could easily be an accident on this extremely busy corner where motorists race each other for position just down the road where two lanes become one.
