Speed indicator sign not working

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Speed indictor not working and showing the speed of approaching vehicles, which by then should be under 30mph. Also observed that it is to a great extent covered by greenery growing in the verge and ditch rendering it useless even if it did work. Two issues -is it possible with some urgency to get the machine working? -is it possible with some urgency to get the greenery be cut back? Reported some time ago and today received notification and apology that this has not been dealt with and to report again
