Very overgrown hedgerow

Reported via desktop in the Footways and Pavement damage category by ann paterson at 16:51, Mon 4 December 2023

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The Ladygrove primary school has some railings along their boundary and we cannot see them due to roughly 5ft width of some sort of prickly hedging. the waste bin is lost amongst the hedging, the water hydrant cannot be accessed and this pathway is supposed to be for pedestrians of all ages and cyclists. it is getting a bit crowded making accidents more likely. the school say it is not for their contractors so please check which council.
