Gulley is blocked leading to water on the road,this an extreme hazard to cyclists and pedestrians.Current cold weather means ice this on a national cycle route.

  • Thank you for your report. Oxfordshire County Council is responsible for maintaining approximately 120,000 gullies on the highway network. Gullies are cleaned in accordance with the County Council’s maintenance policy and we operate a targeting programme with a higher frequency of cleaning in areas at risk of flooding.
